Tracking Your Order

When we ship your order you will be provided tracking information and tracking links to the couriers websites via email and/or SMS.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We keep our shipping simple and transparent. No hidden "handling" fees, just reliable delivery.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders for in-stock items placed before 11:59am AEST are dispatched the same day.
• Standard Delivery: Typically 1–4 business days for Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane).
• Regional & WA/NT: Please allow 3–7 business days.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your order is scanned by our courier.

Note: Because we ship high-value trade equipment, all consignments require a signature on delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes; please provide a physical street address (ideally an attended business address) for the fastest delivery.

Special Handling & Bulky Freight

Some items, such as heavy cabling or rodders, large ladders, or bulky transit cases will require specialised freight handling and will incur an additional freight cost.

• Bulky Items: If your order contains a bulky item, a freight surcharge may apply.
• Freight Quotes: If you see "Freight Quote Required" at checkout, our team will contact you within 4 business hours with the best possible shipping rate for your specific location before we process the payment.
  

Click & Collect (Melbourne)

Need it right now? You can skip the shipping and pick up your order directly from our Victorian distribution center.

Location:

• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Process: Select "Pick Up" at checkout. We will notify you via SMS/Email as soon as your order is picked and ready for collection.
• Timings: If all items are in stock, depending on the size of your order, please allow up to 2 business hours from placing to picking your order. In many cases your order can be finalised and made ready for collection on the spot or with a delay of 15 to 20 minutes, depending on our business and staff levels at the time.
