Details
An essential tool for electricians to ensure that voltage is not present before working on any electrical equipment or installation. Compliant with IEC 61243-3 Edition 2, the C.A 773 VAT can be used on any 1000 V CAT IV installation. It has a redundant safety system in the event of power supply faults, and the ELV LED flashes when voltage exceeds 50 VAC / 120 VDC. Safety when testing GFCI/RCD tripping is ensured by a two-button, two-handed control. An integrated self-test checks the circuits, power supply, displays and leads. Also provides 2-wire phase rotation, audible and visual continuity testing, stray voltage detection and unipolar phase identification.
