The Vetter Rodder with Trace (9mm x 120m) is a premium, German-manufactured tracing rod designed for utility contractors. Featuring a reinforced fibreglass core integrated with copper trace wires, it is mounted on a heavy-duty wheel frame for easy deployment, making it ideal for locating underground conduits and pipes.
- Heavy-Duty Caging: Sturdy, galvanized steel wheel frame allows for easy transport and smooth dispensing into underground pits.
- Integrated Copper Trace: Built-in trace wires (commonly 6-wire configuration) allow utility crews to connect pipe/cable locators to trace the exact path of the conduit.
- High-Quality Core: Features a premium reinforced fibreglass core wrapped in a tough, high-density polymer jacket, preventing kinking while providing optimal push-ability.
- Brake System: Fitted with a transport locking brake to manually regulate spool speed and prevent momentum over-runs
