The Vetter Rodder with Trace (7.4mm x 80m) is a professional-grade, German-manufactured tracing rod designed for route detection, conduit proving, and pulling winch ropes. It is widely used by civil and utility contractors across Australia for locating underground pipes and clearing blockages.
Key Features & Specifications
- Integrated Copper Tracers: Features 6 built-in copper wires, allowing operators to easily track the rod's exact underground path or locate a blockage using a standard pipe locator.
- High Durability: Built with a reinforced fibreglass core (with 27% additional glass fibres) and a PP covering, offering excellent pushing stability and high breaking resistance.
- Reel System: Mounted on a galvanised steel reel equipped with a safety brake to prevent unwanted payout.
- Tip Details: Comes with an aluminium tip and an M5 thread connector for micro-transmitters (sondes)
